Videography Booking Form
a. We understand the price list and the cost of the package selected and agreed.
b. All care and diligence will be exercised in the performance of the above assignment and that the liability is limited to monies paid should mechanical failure, theft, accident or any other mishap occur which may prevent the fulfilment of this agreement.
c. Upon signing, Jonathan Suckling Photography’s videographer reserves the time and date agreed upon and will not make other reservations for that time and date. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable.
d. The deposit shall be paid at the time of authorising this agreement with the balance to be paid prior to the wedding.
e. We understand that should the nominated videographer not be available for any reason, another videographer will be arranged.
f. If we book the videographer for reception coverage, a meal provided for the videographer would be greatly appreciated. If not, responsibility cannot be taken for the videographer’s absence during the time the videographer seeks to make alternative meal arrangements.
